dcd99 has five VIP tiers for regular players. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. A player's tier is determined based on their activity and engagement.

VIP tier advancement depends on a player's regular participation and activity. Cashback is credited to the account each week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Submitting false or altered documents to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using any kind of bot, automated software, or manipulation methods.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds from third-party accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

7.1 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

dcd99 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• An event is suspended or cancelled for unforeseen reasons.
• Evidence of a breach of the rules of play is found.
• There is suspicion of manipulation or corrupted results.
